In this year's elections, on October 4th, Brazilians will vote for: president; governor; Senate (two seats per state); federal deputy; state deputy; Davi Davino Filho's trajectory Davi Davino Filho is a former state deputy for Alagoas. He was elected for the first time in 2014 and re-elected in 2018, when he received 39,342 votes, serving two consecutive terms in the Legislative Assembly. During his parliamentary work, he chaired the Science and Technology Committee, was vice-president of the Participatory Legislation Committee and coordinated the Parliamentary Youth Front. He was also a member of other House committees. In 2020, he ran for Mayor of Maceió and finished in third place, with 97,409 votes, equivalent to 25.51% of valid votes. In 2022, he ran for the Senate for the first time and came in second. Davino Filho received 627,397 votes, or 42.22% of valid votes. After leaving the Legislative Assembly, he took over the Municipal Secretariat for Federative Relations of Maceió. In August 2025, a monocratic decision by the State Court of Auditors imposed a fine of R$3,603 on Davi Davino Filho for the delay in sending data relating to the period in which he commanded the municipal secretariat. He claimed that the information was delivered later and that there was no damage to public property.
