"The storm was short-lived, but the damage was very extensive. According to Cemig, the most affected neighborhoods were Isa, Elvamar, Vila dos Montes, Vale do Sol, Cidade Jardim, São Paulo, Ilha dos Araújos and parts of other neighborhoods in the municipality.
