Sister Dulce Health Complex gains new management. Disclosure/Praia Grande City Council The Praia Grande City Council, on the coast of São Paulo, broke the contract with the Public and Social Services Management Association (Biogesp), which managed the Irmã Dulce Hospital Complex. The unit will be managed by the Praia-Grandense Municipal Education and Health Company (EMPES). EMPES, the new manager, was created to provide greater administrative stability to the hospital complex and improve the quality of public health. The city hall highlighted that the change will not affect the operation of the hospital, which will continue to provide services as normal.
