The PF reported that the investigations showed signs that the public servant "had carried out improper consultations in restricted systems to verify information of interest to third parties, with subsequent irregular sharing of the data obtained". The person being investigated may be held liable for crimes of corruption, violation of functional secrecy, ideological falsehood and other crimes that may be identified during the investigation.
