Services at the polyclinic will be provided from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. To use the unit's services, the public must present an identity document with a photo (RG or CPF), SUS Card and updated proof of residence. The inauguration of the health unit took place on Friday (3). "Our commitment is to offer increasingly better services to the population. This polyclinic represents yet another advance in the expansion of Primary Care and investment in prevention and quality of life", said acting mayor, Audrey Kleys, in a statement released by the city hall. During the ceremony, the transfer of R$1 million to the Municipality was also announced, through a parliamentary amendment, for the renovation, expansion and adaptation of the infrastructure of the Embaré Polyclinic. Investments According to the municipal administration, the construction of the polyclinic is part of a Term of Responsibility for the Implementation of Mitigating and/or Compensatory Measures (Trimmc) of R$ 20 million, signed between the municipality and the company Adonai East Terminais de Líquidos S/A. The agreement also provides for the construction of the future Vila Criativa do Morro do Pacheco.
