MPPB files a lawsuit against Funesc for irregularities in the security of the Cultural Space, in João Pessoa

The measure is the result of a notice initiated in April this year to investigate the security conditions of the space. ? As a result, a recommendation was issued that guided the installation of safety and fire-fighting equipment, in addition to training the agency's fire brigade teams. However, the measures were not complied with resulting in the issuance of civil action. According to the action, the Fundação Espaço Cultural da Paraíba (Funesc) will have to present within 15 days the budget and schedule for the works necessary to replace the underground plumbing and repair the combustion fire pump.
