Expo Araguaçu 2026 Disclosure/Rural Union of Araguaçu The City of Araguaçu and the municipality's Rural Union are the targets of a public civil action that points to the alleged exposure of children and adolescents to situations of sexualization during a show at Expo Araguaçu 2026. In the action, the Public Ministry of Tocantins (MPTO) alleges that there was exploitation of content with sexual content involving minors. The aforementioned presentation took place last Saturday (4). According to the MP, the children and teenagers had remained at the center of the stage during a DJ's performance, performing "choreographies with sexual connotations to the sound of music with sexually explicit content". The company Sam Business Ltda., which provided services during the event, and Meta are also targets. The action calls for the removal of all videos from social networks shared by the profiles, and requests that the municipality of Araguaçu, the Sindicato Rural de Araguaçu and Sam Business Ltda be ordered to pay compensation for collective moral damage, in an amount of no less than R$100,000. The amount must be donated to the Child and Adolescent Rights Fund. ?
