In the action, the MPPB asks the City of Campina Grande and the organizing committee to rectify the notice within five days to include the reservation of 10% of vacancies for black candidates in each position, prohibiting the filling of these vacancies by broad competition. The Public Prosecutor's Office also requests that the amended notice be widely publicized, indicating the number of vacancies reserved for each position, the competition criteria, the classification method and the procedures for calling and appointing quota candidates. If the changes affect the competition schedule, the organization also requests that registrations be reopened for a minimum period of 10 days. Furthermore, the MPPB requests that the Court prevent the approval of the competition and the nomination of candidates until the notice is brought into compliance with municipal legislation. As a complementary measure, it requests, if necessary, the suspension of the competition, the application of a daily fine in case of non-compliance and, at the end of the process, the partial annulment of the notice to guarantee the reservation of places for black candidates throughout the validity of the competition.
