Wall sound Disclosure/SSP/Archive The Public Ministry of Sergipe (MPSE) issued, this Wednesday (15), a recommendation with preventive and inspection measures to control noise pollution during events in Aracaju. ? Click here to follow the g1 SE channel on WhatsApp The recommendation was directed to the Municipality of Aracaju, the Municipal Urban Services Company (Emsurb) and the Municipal Transport and Traffic Superintendency (SMTT), in addition to the Civil and Military police. Among the recommendations are: Communicate to the Military Police, at least 15 days in advance, all authorizations and environmental licenses granted for large parties that use sound equipment; Monitor compliance with sound limits established by municipal laws, under penalty of constituting environmental degradation and a federal crime; Monitor and prevent the use of car audio before, during and after parties, with provision for the seizure of equipment and vehicles, in addition to the driving of offenders; Plan and publicize in advance, through SMTT and the PM, traffic diversions to guarantee the mobility of citizens; Formalize detailed terms or initiate police investigations, by the Civil and Military Police, when they detect disturbance of peace or noise pollution. The notified bodies have a period of 10 working days to inform the Public Ministry whether they will comply with the recommended terms.
