According to reports from those involved to the Military Police, the accident may have occurred because the motorcyclist accessed the avenue without noticing the approach of another motorcycle, which was already traveling along the road, causing the collision. The Military Police reported that both drivers were licensed and that the motorcycles' documentation was in order. The vehicles were released at the scene.
