Motorcycle with more than R$110,000 in fines is seized after driver is stopped in RS Guaeda Municipal de Sapiranga A motorcyclist was stopped by the Municipal Guard in Sapiranga, in the Metropolitan Region of Porto Alegre, for driving the vehicle wearing open shoes on Wednesday afternoon (5). When checking the motorcycle's documents, the agents discovered that the vehicle had accumulated 216 infractions, of which 150 had expired. Added together, the fines amount to more than R$110,000. ?
