Government of Amazonas carries out Citizenship Mutirão with issuance of the National Identity Card. Photos: Sejusc/AM From July 13th, 12 notary offices in Manaus will issue the new National Identity Card (CIN). The pilot project is unprecedented in Amazonas and seeks to reduce the queue for services and expand issuing points in the capital. Unlike service at government offices, the issuance of the CIN at notary offices will be paid and the amounts vary from R$165 to R$307. The expectation is that, after the initial phase in Manaus, the service will be expanded to other notary offices in the capital and also to the interior. To offer the service, registry office employees underwent training this week. The training was organized by the General Inspectorate of Justice of Amazonas and the Association of State Notaries and Registrars. ? Join the g1 AM channel on WhatsApp How much will it cost? Prices vary according to the document model: Paper currency version: R$ 165.00 Polycarbonate version (card): R$ 307.00

Qualified registry offices will serve on a first-come, first-served basis (depending on the capacity of each unit) or by prior appointment. The guideline is for citizens to confirm with the chosen unit before going to the location. To request the document, you must present: Updated certificate (birth or marriage); Proof of residence; CPF; Previous identity document (RG), if applicable. Information security and checking remain under the responsibility of the Aderson Conceição de Melo Identification Institute. Notary offices will collect fingerprints, photos and documents, send them for validation in federal systems and, after authorization, deliver the CIN to the citizen. ??See the list of 12 registered offices in Manaus: 1st Civil Registry Office of Manaus Address: Av.
