The City Hall set up a special structure with tents, chemical bathrooms, hydration points and religious programming to welcome families who will pay tribute. The operation involves the capital's ten cemeteries — six urban and four in rural areas — with around 600 professionals from the Municipal Department of Urban Cleaning (Semulsp) mobilized in cleaning, maintenance and support services for visitors. At the Nossa Senhora Aparecida Cemetery, one of the busiest, teams completed the latest adjustments this Saturday (8), such as washing the areas, reviewing the spaces and repairs to damaged tombs, such as the fire that hit the vegetation recorded on Friday (7). ? "This service is continuous. However, on dates such as Father's Day, All Souls' Day and Mother's Day, activities are expanded to offer the necessary support to the population", he stated.

Masses, services and musical performances In addition to cleaning, the cemeteries will have masses, services, musical performances and ambient sound. “Currently, we have approximately 600 professionals committed to ensuring the welcome and comfort of visitors,” said Marçal.
