The Sentencing Council also fully accepted the theses presented by the Public Ministry of Paraná (MP-PR), recognizing that the crime was committed for reasons of the female sex, for a base reason (not accepting the end of the relationship and the feeling of possession) and through an appeal that made the victim's defense difficult. The sentence also states that Adiel must pay the minimum amount of R$300,000 to her children, as compensation for moral damages.
