The arrest occurred following a report about drug storage on a rural property in the region. ? He tried to escape, but was captured shortly afterwards. During the action, agents seized around 430 kilos of marijuana, in addition to packages containing fractionated drugs. According to the PM, the seized material represents an estimated loss of R$3.5 million for drug trafficking. The corporation also reported that the suspect was responsible for more than five homicides in Pernambuco and confessed that his role was to take care of the drugs stored there. The Paraíba Civil Police are investigating the case to identify other suspects and determine the origin and destination of the drugs.
