What the law provides The legislation recognizes the city's role in preserving northeastern traditions and valuing popular culture. The text mentions manifestations such as music, dance, cooking, crafts, religiosity and other expressions linked to the June cycle. The law also allows the Government of Paraíba to develop actions to publicize and strengthen the identity of Campina Grande as the city of Greater São João in the World, as long as resources are available and respecting the legislation.
