In case of non-compliance, a single fine of R$500,000 was imposed. The document highlighted that holding an event of this scale without completed inspections exposes visitors to serious risks. In the decision, the judge also recalled tragedies that occurred in places with large concentrations of people, such as the fire at Kiss Nightclub, to reinforce the need for strict compliance with safety standards.
