The warning includes areas of the Baixadas Litorâneas and Norte Fluminense, in Rio de Janeiro, in addition to the central and southern regions of Espírito Santo. According to Inmet, the intensification of winds can move sand dunes over buildings located on the coast. Among the municipalities included are Cabo Frio, Arraial do Cabo, Armação dos Búzios and Campos dos Goytacazes, in Rio de Janeiro, and Anchieta, in Espírito Santo. Inmet advises that, during gusts, the population remains in a sheltered place and does not stay under trees, due to the risk of falls and electrical shocks.
