"I decided to dedicate myself exclusively to this purpose: creating content that inspires people to travel more, reconnect with the world around them and value what is simple and true." The crossing began along the Camino Gaúcho de Santiago, in Santo Antônio da Patrulha. They will pass through the cities of Caraá, Riozinho, Maquiné, Terra de Areia, Três Forquilhas, Três Cachoeiras, Morrinhos do Sul, Mampituba, Praia Grande (SC) and Cambará do Sul, where they should arrive by July 25th. "In addition to the personal challenge of the walk, which is a long walk, the objective is to integrate tourism", explains Filipe, and adds that they will also pass through communities and an indigenous village. “The goal is to walk and tell these stories at the same time.” The trio prepared with diet guided by a nutritionist and functional training. On average, they will travel 30 kilometers per day. "On some days we will sleep in guesthouses owned by people who are already prepared to receive us. Other days we will go wild camping. We will be hiking with a backpack on our backs." In the most difficult parts of the route, you will have the help of tour guides. "They will hike with us for two to three days." They also want to show the challenges and provide tips for anyone who wants to be inspired and also take the tours. "We want to show that there is a path full of nature, culture, gastronomy and stories waiting to be discovered. Our mission is to help transform this crossing into a route that inspires more people to discover this region." The adventure will end at the top of the Itaimbezinho Canyon, close to the border of Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina.
