Free holiday programming for children in João Pessoa Disclosure/Funesc The cities of João Pessoa, Campina Grande, Cabedelo and Cajazeiras will receive, starting this Monday (6), the Férias Funesc program, a project that promotes free activities for children during the school holiday period. The program continues until Sunday (12) and includes workshops, shows, film sessions, storytelling, dance, music, theater, circus and visual arts. ? According to the organization, there will be no monitors during the program. In João Pessoa, the actions take place at the José Lins do Rego Cultural Space, in Tambauzinho. Among the highlights are the show "Total Silence – A Clown is Coming!", with Luiz Carlos Vasconcelos, visual arts workshops, circus, dance and music experiences, as well as the screening of the films "Maya, give me a title" and "Cordélicos – The origin of the plague goat", at Cine Bangüê. In Cabedelo, the program will be held at Teatro Santa Catarina, with visual arts, theater, circus and storytelling workshops, in addition to the shows "TrupeÇando – A troupe de um Homem Só" and "Corpa Futurista".

In Campina Grande, activities take place at Cineteatro São José and include storytelling, dance, theater and visual arts workshops, as well as cinema sessions throughout the week. In Cajazeiras, at the Íracles Brocos Pires Theater (ICA), the public will be able to participate in circus, dance and music workshops, activities inspired by the work "O Pequeno Príncipe" and watch the shows "Terreiro Envergado" and "O Reizinho Negro", which ends the program on Sunday (12). In addition to the free programming, the Cultural Space Planetarium, in João Pessoa, will have sessions from Wednesday to Saturday, at 3pm and 4:30pm, throughout the month of July. This is the only paid activity in the project, with tickets priced at R$4 (full) and R$2 (half), sold exclusively in cash. The artists and workshops participating in Férias Funesc were selected through a public notice.
