The preventive arrest warrant was issued in 2018, and the person being investigated has remained a fugitive from justice since then. His name was not released. The arrest took place while the man was in a hospital unit located in the Alecrim neighborhood, in Natal. During the approach, the fugitive presented the police with a National Driver's License (CNH) with a false name. A query was made in the Civil Police information bank and he was informed about the existence of the arrest warrant. He later confirmed his identity, and was also arrested for the crime of using a false document. He was sent to the prison system, where he will remain at the disposal of the Justice.
