According to the Fire Department, the victims were taken to Santa Casa de São Pedro. There was a fuel leak. Santa Casa reported that Helber died at the scene and his son was hospitalized. Firefighters reported that he was in serious condition. The expectation was that the victim in serious condition would be transferred to the Hospital dos Suplidores de Cana, in Piracicaba (SP). His health status was not disclosed.
