At one point, he stops and kicks his daughter, who falls to the ground. Seconds later, another man approaches, opens his arms and tries to intervene in the scene, but is confronted. "This incident occurred on Sunday, the 5th, at around 11 am. However, we became aware of it on Tuesday [...] He is responsible for the crime, he just wasn't in a flagrant situation to be arrested, when he presented himself here at the police station", said the police chief. The incident was recorded on Tuesday (7), two days after the attack, by the girl's mother. She contacted the police after seeing the images on social media. The father was heard on Wednesday (8) and, according to the police chief, he claimed that he kicked his daughter because she was crying. His name was not released, and g1 is trying to locate the defense. According to the police, the man appeared at the police station without a lawyer. The Guardianship Council was also contacted and is monitoring the case.
