Expoboca 2026: event brought together more than 60 stands with producers, artisans and entrepreneurs The 13th Agricultural Exhibition of Boca do Acre (Expoboca 2026) ended on Sunday (5) with record attendance and turnover estimated at R$30 million. Held in the municipality of southern Amazonas, the event received around 30 thousand visitors and reinforced the importance of the city for agribusiness in the Northern Region. Boca do Acre has the largest cattle herd in the Amazon, with more than 480 thousand heads of cattle. Furthermore, farms managed from the municipality contain more than 3 million animals distributed between Amazonas, Acre and Rondônia. The city also exports live cattle and meat to eight countries. For four days, the Exhibition Park hosted bull riding competitions, horseback riding, business fairs and national shows. Military man Carlos Eduardo da Silva Souza traveled from Acre to participate in the exhibition and highlighted the experience during his visit to the city. "The experience was really worth it," he said. "To honor Expoboca is to follow the city's growth. I missed tasting free-range chicken, fish and traditional tambaqui ribs," said Renisse. With the exhibition park full, the impacts were felt in different sectors of the local economy. Hotels registered maximum occupancy, while restaurants reinforced teams and expanded stocks to meet the increased demand during the event days.
