According to the police, the driver was asked to take a breathalyzer test, but refused. The administrative measures provided for in the legislation were adopted. The driver was taken to the hospital for medical evaluation and then taken to the Civil Police Station. Forensics were on site and, after the work, the vehicle was removed to an accredited yard.
