Live demonstrations, cultural performances, practical workshops and debates about the market of the future promise to transform the 2026 Entrepreneur Fair into a vibrant hub of creative economy, on August 14th to 16th, at Multicenter Negócios e Eventos, in São Luís. The public who attends the fair will be able to experience up close how culture and local events are converted into sustainable business models. Much of this immersion will be led by entrepreneurs from Mobiliza São Luís, an initiative driven by Sebrae Maranhão to strengthen talents that undertake based on art, territory and innovation. "The proposal is to take entrepreneurs who are already part of the Mobiliza São Luís community to the Fair to share their experiences and show that innovation is also born from culture, territories and creativity. We want to inspire other people to see new possibilities for entrepreneurship", says the Digital Transformation coordinator at Sebrae in Maranhão, Danielle Abreu. Programming brings together creative entrepreneurs, cultural presentations and live demonstrations during the 2026 Entrepreneur Fair. Sebrae/Disclosure In the Innovation and Education Space, Mobiliza São Luís will have an environment dedicated to interaction between visitors and entrepreneurs. In addition to an Instagrammable space, the community will promote four activities led by participants who have gone through the program's actions and are now developing creative businesses in Maranhão. The program also includes three lectures and a panel focused on the creative economy. Among the themes highlighted are the potential of communities and peripheries as environments for innovation and development, in addition to the influence of geek culture on the economy and society. Creativity in motion The visual and sensorial experience goes beyond auditoriums. During lecture breaks, Parada Criativa will take traveling artistic interventions to the event corridors. Indigenous songs, street poetry, dance and musical performances will occupy the Creative Economy, Tourism and ESG Arena and the main plenary sessions, ensuring a dynamic and constant rhythm of cultural connection. For those who want to understand the behind-the-scenes of artistic production, the Saber Fazer lounges will offer a practical immersion: instead of just displaying finished products, professionals from different areas will create their works live in front of visitors. Trancistas, artisans, illustrators, artisanal stationery producers, face painters and paper doll artists will share their techniques and trajectories in real time. Mobiliza São Luís takes entrepreneurs from the creative economy to share experiences and inspire new businesses at the Entrepreneur Fair. Sebrae/Disclosure "Our challenge was to make the creative economy move throughout the fair. We want to show that it is part of everyone's life: from the clothes we wear to the music we listen to, the events we attend and the crafts we consume. All of this is a creative economy generating work, income and development", concludes Danielle Abreu.
