According to the Military Police, the victim was driving the motorcycle and was found lying on the road. She had an open fracture in one of her legs. Due to the impact of the crash, parts of the motorcycle were scattered across the road, which is why the police put out signs to avoid other accidents. According to the PM, the driver stated that he had not drunk alcohol, but refused to take a breathalyzer test. He showed no signs of intoxication, but was charged with refusal and maneuvering in a prohibited place. Both drivers were licensed and the vehicles had regular documentation, which is why they were released by the police.
