Still in the previous phase of the procedure, the MP requested information about the project from the João Pessoa Planning Secretariat, the João Pessoa Environmental Secretariat, the Superintendency of Environmental Administration (Sudema) and a municipal registry office. Also according to the document, Seplan reported that it was unable to identify which enterprise was the target of the complaint, because there was a lack of address, registration number or other data to locate the area. The registry office sent the registration of a property owned by the construction company, but highlighted during the procedure that it was not possible to confirm that that property corresponded to the reported project.
