According to the police report, the victim was identified as Nestor David Portillo Martinez, Colombian national. He was riding a motorcycle along Rua José Hermínio da Silva, in the region known as Chácara do Visconde, when he lost control of the vehicle on the viaduct. According to the Civil Police, the motorcyclist was traveling without a helmet. After hitting the side wall of the viaduct, he was thrown from a great height and fell onto the road. The victim succumbed to multiple injuries and died at the scene. ? The case was registered as suspicious death, accidental death and shock on duty at the Taubaté Civil Police. The circumstances of the accident will be investigated.
