60-meter Ferris wheel in Itapema, SC, cabin installation completed A new Ferris wheel with panoramic views is being built on the North Coast of Santa Catarina. The new development will be opened on the waterfront of Itapema, a city with the most expensive square meter in Brazil for purchasing new properties, and will also have views of neighboring Porto Belo. There will be 30 air-conditioned cabins. ??each cabin is 2.68 meters in diameter; ?each cabin weighs approximately 905 kilos; ?cabins will have air conditioning, intercom for direct communication with the operations center, table with cup holders, multimedia screen and security cameras; ?Bluetooth system will allow visitors to listen to their own music during the tour. Work began on March 9th. The price of the tour has not yet been defined. It will be announced in the coming months. In addition to the traditional experience, some cabins will be themed and may receive special settings throughout the year, following commemorative dates such as Valentine's Day, Christmas, Easter and Halloween, among other celebrations.
