Military Police seize a load of stolen fans in Poá Five men, a woman and a teenager are being investigated on suspicion of involvement in the diversion of a load of fans in Poá. The case was registered on Friday afternoon (7). The suspects were interviewed and released. According to the Public Security Secretariat (SSP), military police officers found goods that were supposed to be delivered to Espírito Santo being unloaded at a property in the city. Upon arriving at the indicated street, in the Cidade Kemel neighborhood, the police saw two trucks leaving the area. The vehicles were approached shortly after. At the property, the police found part of the cargo and approached people believed to be related to the transport. A teenager was also found carrying boxes inside the residence. According to the police, the invoices indicated that the merchandise was destined for Espírito Santo. However, part of the products was being unloaded in Poá. Divergences were also identified in the reports of those involved regarding the contracting of freight and the destination of the cargo. During the incident, the police also found R$1,050 and notebooks with notes that, according to the PM, will be analyzed. Those involved were taken to the Itaquaquecetuba Central Police Station. No one was arrested in the act. The suspects gave statements and were released. The goods, vehicles, cell phones and invoices were seized and must undergo forensic examination. The Civil Police will investigate the circumstances of the transport, who hired it and whether there was diversion or appropriation of the cargo. The case was registered as misappropriation, location and seizure of a vehicle and an infraction equivalent to misappropriation. The investigations continue.
