According to the PRF, the inspection took place at km 126 of the highway, when the police ordered a bus that was heading towards Rio de Janeiro to stop. During the inspection, the police located a backpack that belonged to one of the passengers and which contained 750 weight-loss pens, of foreign origin and which, according to the police, are prohibited for sale in Brazil. ? During the check, the police found another 740 pens. In total, 1,490 prohibited ampoules were seized, with an estimated purchase value of R$185,000 in Paraguay.
