“When we entered Santa Casa, when we took the elevator to go up to obstetrics, it progressed to complete expulsive labor.” The little one was born at exactly 3:49 am, weighing 3.6 kg. According to Jayne, both the baby and the mother did well after the Samu protocols, carried out by professionals. To g1, the nursing technician said that this was not the first time she participated in a birth. "In the time that I've been at Samu, seven years, seven babies have been born to me, this was the seventh, it's one per year. I joke that God empowers me, God gives me wisdom and it's one per year, literally", he said. For her, Eloá's birth this morning was not a shock. "It wasn't a shock, because we are confident in what we do. We believe in what we do, we are confident and we always try to be a very good, qualified professional, always seeking knowledge. Our hearts always quicken, because it's a different story than the other", he said. If Jayne's was the seventh birth in the profession, for her partner Alex, who also participated in the scene, it was the first time. "It was his first birth, his first experience, I already have a lot of experience.
