Amparo Winter Festival begins with thousands of people Credit: Disclosure The first night of the Amparo Winter Festival was attended by more than 25 thousand people with a floating audience, on the night of Thursday, July 9th, the Constitutionalist Revolution Holiday. The event featured local artists and the country singer of Clayton and Romário, who sang the duo's hits, combined with classics of the style, with the modern guise of singers from the interior of São Paulo. Today, July 10th, the program continues from 7:30 pm. Vibe A3 opens the night, with the pagoda, on the Cultural Stage. For those who enjoy country music, there is Janna Souza, at 8 pm, on the Producer's Fair Stage and at 8:30 pm, Kleiton Martins, on the Rua Coberta Stage. At 9 pm, the pagoda from the 1990s is highlighted with the group Katinguelê, on the Main Stage. The group from the capital of São Paulo has more than 40 years of history and hits such as “Recado à Minha Amada”, “Engraçadinha”, “Inaraí”, in their repertoire. The Winter Festival Amparo City Hall holds the event from July 9th to 26th, at Largo do Mercado, with culture, art, gastronomy and the city's creative economy being boosted. The event has security for Amparenses and tourists, with camera monitoring, facial recognition, city Police Forces, private security and civil firefighters. This year, the food area has 31 establishments that bring the best delicacies and products from Amparo for you to consume. Tourists can also find information locally, with the CIT – Tourist Information Center, and professionals from the Amparo Department of Culture and Tourism. For older people and PWDs – People with Disabilities, the space has a reserved area and access in Libras for large shows. For those from Amparo, today, from 7 pm and on Sundays, throughout the day, the Free Urban Transport Pass. Furthermore, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, departing from Salim Oazis Bus Station, there are extra buses for residents to return at 11:20 pm, on the São Dimas, Santa Maria do Amparo, Arcadas, Jardim Figueira, Vale Verde, Três Pontes and Jardim Brasil lines.
