From the Cachapoal Valley, this Chilean wine has aromas of spices, dark fruits and chocolate. On the palate, it reveals soft tannins and a long finish, balancing fruit and wood especially well. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. Cachão Tinto DOC Douro Portuguese wine with great value for money that goes beautifully with meat. Disclosure. Produced on the banks of the Douro River, in Portugal, this beautiful red reveals fruity aromas, which are harmoniously complemented by notes of chocolate and toast. In the mouth, it presents very mature and soft tannins, which result in a long and persistent finish. Díaz Bayo 8 months Tempranillo Robust red from Spain aged in a barrel that has a structure for meat. Disclosure. A beautiful Spanish red made with the Tempranillo grape in the renowned Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin. It presents intense aromas of dark red fruits with herbal notes and a subtle toast. It matured for 8 months in French and American oak barrels followed by 6 months in bottle before commercialization for greater complexity. Alfredo Roca Parcelas Originales Malbec The Argentine grape seems to have been born to pair with barbecue. Disclosure. In San Rafael, Mendoza, this Argentine red is produced with grapes from a historic vineyard planted in 1953. It presents intense aromas of dark fruits and cherry, accompanied by floral notes of violet and a delicate mineral touch.
