The French luxury brand repeats its partnership with FIFA and signs the transport of the cup that will be transported between Argentina and Spain. The trunk displays a golden V, which symbolizes “Victory” — and “Vuitton” — on the front, with the brand's recognizable monogram pattern and gold-plated brass corner protectors. The interior is lined with beige leather and features an emblem commemorating the partnership between Louis Vuitton and FIFA. This is the fifth consecutive time that the French company has designed a trunk for the trophy, following those used in the 2010, 2014, 2018 and 2022 tournaments. “For more than a decade, Louis Vuitton and FIFA have shared an unwavering commitment to excellence, united by a common belief in the power of sport to inspire and unite people,” said Pietro Beccari, CEO and president of Louis Vuitton, in a communicated. Tiffany & Co. has been producing the award given to the Super Bowl champion — now known as the Vince Lombardi Trophy — since the first edition in 1967. Louis Vuitton also makes custom-made luxury trophy trunks for major racing circuits under a 10-year deal with Formula 1.
