The first auction, from Banco Itaú, takes place on July 21st. There are 91 lots between residential properties and land and the opportunities are distributed across 16 Brazilian states, with discounts of up to 72%.
The Bradesco auction will be held on July 29th, with discounts reaching 89%. There are 30 lots including residential, commercial properties and land, with opportunities spread across 20 states.
Sales are online through the Zuk platform, a portal specializing in auctions. To participate, simply register on the Zuk website, consult the lot notice and make an offer for the property. Payment terms vary, being in cash without discount or 10% on the spot.

- 30 lots - up to 89% discount - 20 states (AL, AM, AP, BA, CE, DF, GO, MA, MG, MS, MT, PA, PB, PE, PR, RJ, RN, RS, SC, SP) - Cheapest property: R$ 68 thousand for a house in the city of Porecatu (PR), with 40 m² - Most expensive property: R$ 722 thousand for a house in Jales, interior of São Paulo, with 260 m² - Property with the biggest discount (89%): R$ 255 thousand for a warehouse in the city of Contagem (MG)
