The week begins with the advance of a new mass of polar air over Brazil, keeping the weather firm in the South region and favoring the occurrence of occasional frosts.
According to Climatempo, the cold front continues to influence areas of the Southeast, while the rain continues to be concentrated in part of the North and the coastal strip of the Northeast. The forecast also indicates attention to the low air humidity in the interior of the country and the rough sea between the South and Southeast.

South
This Monday, with the withdrawal of instability and the cold front, a mass of polar air advances over the southern region of the country, associated with a high pressure system, favoring firm weather, with few clouds.
In coastal areas of the region, especially in the coastal strip of Paraná, there is the possibility of light and isolated rain, which may occur moderately at times, with low volumes, due to the circulation of maritime humidity.
Between the Gaúcha and Catarinense mountains and southern Paraná, the occurrence of occasional frosts cannot be ruled out.
Minimum temperatures in the morning remain low and can be close to 0°C in Rio Grande do Sul. Throughout the day, temperatures remain mild in the region, while in the north of Paraná the thermometers rise more.
In the extreme northwest of Paraná, relative humidity can be between 20% and 30%.
The sea remains rough on the coast of Santa Catarina and Paraná.
Southeast
The cold front advances further over the ocean, near the coast of Espírito Santo, favoring rain in this area and in parts of Minas Gerais, while the low pressure system moves to the high seas.
On the coast of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, the maritime influence favors light rain from the early hours of the morning.
Throughout the day, the flow of moisture in the atmosphere, associated with the displacement of the cold front in the ocean and the action of a meteorological trough at medium levels, favors moderate to heavy rain showers in Espírito Santo and the east and northeast of Minas Gerais, with thunderstorms.
In areas close to the west and the central strip there is also a forecast of rain showers, but with less intensity.
Until the evening, the showers are more concentrated in the center-north of Espírito Santo and in the east and northeast of Minas Gerais, with moderate to strong intensity. On the coast of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, the maritime influence maintains light and isolated rains throughout the day.
In São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, south-central Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo, maximum temperatures decrease. The minimum may occur at night in areas of São Paulo, including the capital. In other areas, thermometers rise more.
Relative air humidity remains under consideration in the extreme west and northwest of São Paulo and in the north of Minas Gerais, with rates between 20% and 30%.
The sea remains rough along the entire coast of the region, including the coast of Espírito Santo.
Midwest
The weather has remained steady since the beginning of the day. Throughout the afternoon, instability increases in the center-south and southeast of Goiás and in the southeast of Mato Grosso, due to the flow of moisture at low levels of the atmosphere, which may cause light to moderate rain, with thunderstorms.
The humidity coming from the North Region, combined with daytime heating, also favors rain showers in areas of Mato Grosso, mainly in the north, west and northwest.
In other areas of the region, including the Federal District, firm weather predominates, with sun and low relative humidity in the northeast of Goiás, Distrito Federal and in the east and south of Mato Grosso do Sul, where rates can be between 20% and 30%.
Temperatures rise across much of the region. In Mato Grosso do Sul, south of Goiás and southwest and south of Mato Grosso, the day will be more pleasant due to increased humidity, cloudiness and the entry of winds from the south.
Northeast
The rain remains restricted to the coastal strip, with rapid and temporary precipitation between the coasts of Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba and Pernambuco, in addition to the coastal strip between Maranhão and Ceará and southern Bahia.
In the interior of the region, the weather remains dry, with a predominance of sunshine and low levels of relative humidity in the north and center-west of Bahia, the southern half of Piauí, the center-west of Pernambuco and the south of Ceará and Maranhão, where rates can be between 20% and 30%.
North
The heat and high availability of moisture, in addition to the action of the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) in the northernmost areas, maintain the formation of light to moderate rain showers, which may be accompanied by thunderstorms.
The instability mainly affects a large part of Amazonas, south and northwest of Pará, Amapá, Roraima, Acre and Rondônia. In the west of Amazonas and Acre, rain may occur with greater intensity.
In Tocantins, in other areas of Pará and in eastern Amazonas, the weather remains firm. Relative air humidity remains low in the east and southeast of Tocantins, with rates between 20% and 30%.
