The adoption of new technologies and home automation are no longer new and deserve to be taken into consideration when it comes to an architectural project with the aim of promoting well-being, practicality and sustainability and can be perfectly adapted to each person's needs and habits. And best of all: these new technologies are increasingly accessible.

The union between technology and creativity is present in the environments of CASACOR Mato Grosso, which takes place from June 26th to August 30th, in Cuiabá. This is the case of the Aura Master Suite, by architect Luíza Paim, where the lighting, curtains, sound, air conditioning and cameras can be manipulated from your cell phone, using an application, allowing, among other actions, to program the room temperature, close the curtains, play the music of your choice and a special light. All this before you even set foot in the house.

Architect André Mann translates this look at contemporary living in his Studio Vivart, where technology is present, for example, in a wine cellar and brewery with individual temperature control and an oven that is both a microwave and an air fryer.

At Home Cinema Reprise, by architect Rodolfo Martins, automation is invisible, it is everywhere in the environment and everything can be controlled on a single device built into a very discreet point.

Renowned architect Leo Schehtman created a current, elegant and functional environment in his Living Gourmet, where the curtains, sound, lighting system and air conditioning can be activated from a cell phone or tablet.

The same automation is present at Stúdio Glass, where architect Roberta Bertazzo proposes a sensorial experience where art, architecture and technology meet.

Since memorable times, the place for meals has been a fundamental space for family coexistence and has continued to keep up with the changes of time, incorporating new technologies. And it was with this in mind that architect Bruno Brandão created his Espaço Gourmet Celebre, where new technologies are present in the wine cellar, refrigerator, brewery, barbecue and even in the sockets, which allow you to control energy use. A technological environment, but without leaving the concept of a meeting space, of memories.

Nothing more suitable for today's world, where the rush of everyday life demands practicality, without neglecting the commitment to a sustainable future.
