The leader of the ranking is still “Dai Dai”, by Shakira and Burna Boy, the official song of the 2026 World Cup.
The song, which was never part of the repertoire of the English team's fans, played for the first time on the loudspeakers of the AT&T Stadium, in Dallas, after the team's 4-2 victory over Croatia. The fans, ecstatic, sang the song in chorus, in dedication to the English players, who in turn remained on the field moved with the team's fans.
The scene continued to be repeated game after game since then and went viral on social media.
In streaming, the song records its best performance since its release, when it spent 11 weeks among the most played on the British charts. In the UK, the World Cup also boosted the song from 32nd to 11th on the official singles chart last week.
