On July 27th, in a statement sent to VG Notícias, health professionals had already denounced the delay. At the time, they stated that, while the City Hall was announcing the progress of the PCCSs of other categories of civil servants, the health workers' plan was still not expected to be filed with the Legislature.
According to the category, the process has been underway since March this year and has passed through different municipal departments without there being a definition of its conclusion.
The professionals also complained about the lack of response from Mayor Flávia Moretti to a letter sent by the Municipal Public Servants Union of Várzea Grande (SIMVAG), which requested a meeting to discuss the PCCS.
According to the employees, the Administration would have presented justifications related to the closing of the payroll to explain the delay. For the category, the lack of definition has caused insecurity and frustration in the face of the expectation of approval of the new plan.
