The young man's mother, Odete Juliane Suszek, is also a truck driver and took Guilherme's coffin to the wake, held at Memorial Krause, in Novo Hamburgo, on Monday (6). ? According to the Fire Department, the two trucks were traveling in the Analândia–Pirassununga direction when, during an attempt to overtake, the vehicles touched each other sideways. With the impact, one of the drivers lost control of the steering wheel and the truck overturned on the shoulder of the highway, at km 61. The couple was in the vehicle. The woman was rescued and taken to Santa Casa de Pirassununga. Guilherme did not survive his injuries and died at the scene. The Fire Department responded to the incident with two vehicles and five soldiers. The causes of the accident are being investigated.
