Since the beginning of the concession, in April 2026, Via Campo has worked on the recovery, conservation and modernization of BR-369, developing actions that prepare the highway for a broad investment program provided for in the concession contract. Among the main interventions is the duplication of approximately 30 kilometers between Cascavel and Corbélia, considered one of the most anticipated works by users who travel along the stretch daily. The improvements will be implemented gradually, respecting the schedule established for the concession. First investments By April 2029, when the third year of the concession ends, Via Campo will deliver the first 5.4 kilometers of duplication of BR-369, between kilometers 501 and 507, in the urban perimeter of Cascavel. In addition to the new duplicated lane, this stage includes the implementation of 11 kilometers of marginal roads, 11.4 kilometers of cycle paths, two pedestrian walkways, a new diamond-type uneven intersection at km 506.3 and 5.8 kilometers of urban crossing. The interventions were planned to provide greater safety, traffic organization and better travel conditions for drivers, cyclists and pedestrians.

Disclosure. Progress of works In the fourth year of the concession, scheduled for completion in April 2030, works are advancing to other segments of the highway, totaling another 25.3 kilometers of duplication. Of this total, 8.95 kilometers will be built between kilometers 472 and 481, while another 16.3 kilometers will be built between kilometers 485 and 501. This phase also includes 1.75 kilometers of marginal roads, four new at-grade turns, a new diamond-type intersection at kilometer 501, 600 meters of cycle paths and another 5.2 kilometers of urban crossings. More safety and fluidity At the end of the works planned for the third and fourth years of the concession, BR-369 will have 30.7 kilometers of duplication, 12.7 kilometers of marginal roads, 12 kilometers of cycle paths, two pedestrian walkways, two diamond-type uneven intersections, four level turns and more than 11 kilometers of urban crossings. The set of investments will transform one of the main logistics corridors in Western Paraná, expanding the highway's capacity, improving mobility and reinforcing road safety. "The works on BR-369 are a priority for Via Campo. Our focus is to carry out interventions to increase road safety, reduce the number of accidents - especially frontal and transverse collisions - and provide more fluidity to traffic", highlights Via Campo's Engineering Director, Pedro Veloso. Highway recovery While the expansion works are prepared, the concessionaire carries out, during the first year of the concession, the so-called initial works, provided for in the contract to recover and maintain the conditions of BR-369. Among the planned actions are: Renovation of the Operational Services Base (BSO/SAU 6), located at km 476.4, next to the toll plaza; Recovery of 15.5 kilometers of pavement; Recovery of four Special Arts Works, including bridges and viaducts; Revitalization of horizontal and vertical signage; Recovery of metal fenders; Mowing the right-of-way; Recovery of drainage systems; Revitalization of public lighting.
