Track the status of appointments, exams and vaccinations through the app

Residents of Araucária can consult information about their appointments, exams, vaccines and other health services in the municipal network via cell phone. The City Hall makes this information available through the Atende.Net application, which allows citizens to monitor their services in a practical way, directly via their cell phone. The tool works as a communication channel between the Municipal Health Department (SMSA) and users and allows access to different information without the need to travel to a health unit. To consult health services, simply install the Atende.Net application, available for Android and iOS systems, access the app and select the “Health” option. Among the available information are: Scheduled appointments; Scheduled exams; Queries on hold; Queries blocked; Canceled appointments; Consultations carried out; Vaccines administered and pending; Medicines available in the Municipal Network; Medications in use, among other services provided by the platform. Access to this information allows citizens to monitor their care more closely and have greater autonomy to consult their appointments and health records. The tool can also help reduce missed appointments and exams by more effectively monitoring users' appointments. Other services Through the application it is also possible to access a wide variety of information about public services in different areas of City Hall and register requests. The tabs are separated by thematic groups to facilitate location (Alvarás, Public Lighting, Education, Works, Farming, Job Vacancies, Animals, Ombudsman). Some services can be accessed without the need to register (anonymously), however, the vast majority require the user to be registered.
