The list of those called up appears in the PSS call notice nº 001/2026 of Semsa, published in the Official Gazette of the Municipality (DOM), edition 6,361, on July 28th. The notice of extension of the deadline, from 14 to 19/8, was published in issue 6,374, on Friday, 14/8. The publications are on the website, in the “A Semsa” menu, item “Contests”. Vacancies and attendance Semsa's PSS 001/2026 offered a total of 295 vacancies for temporary hiring to work in this year's anti-rabies vaccination campaign, 270 for vaccinators/registrars, 12 for base and field assistants, eight for tabulators, and five for veterinarians. As of Friday (14), 78 of the 295 people called up had not yet reported to Semsa headquarters, including 69 vaccinators/registrars, two veterinarians, four base and field assistants and two tabulators. Among 217 professionals who attended, 172 already had their employment contract signed, two did not register and 42 are still undergoing the admission process, with pending documentation or evaluation by the Medical Board. The 2026 Municipal Animal Rabies Vaccination Campaign is coordinated by the Carlos Durand Zoonosis Control Center (CCZ), from Semsa, and is scheduled to take place from 9/1 to 11/30.
