Around 11 people were injured in the accident. Some victims suffered fractures and other injuries and required medical attention. One of the injured people remained hospitalized in a delicate condition after the collapse. The accident mobilized teams from the Fire Department, the Military Police and the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu). After the episode, professionals in the events sector decided to mobilize so that Paola could once again have the opportunity to celebrate her 15th birthday with her family and friends. Expertise found lack of maintenance According to the expertise carried out by the Scientific Police and the Fire Department, the floor collapsed due to a lack of adequate maintenance. The establishment remains completely closed and is not expected to be released. The Civil Police of Pará reported that the investigation inquiry was carried out by the Consumer Police Station (Decon). "The investigations carried out indicate that the collapse occurred due to a lack of adequate maintenance at the site, in violation of engineering standards", detailed Decon. During the investigation, 13 people were interviewed, 12 of whom were victims. There were around 230 guests at the party, including all of the family's neighbors.
