Instead of the traditional blind wall that separates the property from the street, the project opted for a screen measuring 60 meters long and 6 meters high, covered with compacted earth. The choice was not just aesthetic. For Daniel Pizzatto, executive director of Dreamis, it reflects a deep understanding of the role of architecture and its dialogue with history and context. "We decided to use rammed earth in Tauá because we recognize that this technique is not nostalgia. It is a solution that works, that will age with dignity, that dialogues with the history of Curitiba and the neighborhood. Instead of creating a blind visual barrier between the building and the street, we created a surface that breathes, that transforms over time, that brings texture and soul to access.
