The second suspect presented himself spontaneously at the DPTUR headquarters, accompanied by a lawyer, and was arrested. The investigations began after victims reported that they booked tourist packages and airline tickets, but were unable to make the trips and did not receive a refund for the amounts paid. Among the cases investigated is that of a person who planned to travel after completing cancer treatment.
