According to police, the suspect and two teenagers broke into the house, captured the victims and stole cell phones and money. They also made bank transfers via cell phone. The investigation was carried out by the Santana Crimes Against Property Police Station (DCCPS). The genetic comparison between the suspect's DNA and the material collected from the victim confirmed his participation. The police discovered that the suspect had fled to Guarulhos, where he lived and worked. The Amapá Civil Police requested support from the São Paulo Civil Police, who located the man and carried out the preventive arrest warrant issued by the Court. The suspect was indicted for aggravated robbery, rape and corruption of minors. He already had records for robbery, homicide and drug trafficking.
