How to order The order is made completely digitally. In the FGTS application, the worker must access the "Withdrawals" option, select "Request Withdrawal" and choose the "Public Calamity" modality. Then, just follow the system's instructions. During the process, you will need to provide a bank account to receive the amount and send the required documents. What documents are needed? To prove the address, documents such as: water, electricity, telephone, internet or pay TV bill can be presented; IPTU booklet; credit card bill; bank correspondence; correspondence from public bodies; other official documents issued in the worker's name. It is also necessary to present an official identification document, such as ID, National Identity Card (CIN), CNH, Work Card, Brazilian passport or other document with legal validity. Anyone who does not have proof of residence can present a declaration issued by Porto Velho City Hall stating that they live in one of the areas affected by the flood, according to the model accepted by Caixa Econômica Federal.
